Alexa Martinelli is a South Jersey native with a diverse educational background and hands-on real estate experience. Her love for real estate blossomed while studying at the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating with her dental degree, she bought and sold her first investment property in Georgia. She has since lived in various markets on the East coast and has developed keen negotiation skills.
Since she has lived in Philly and a variety of its suburbs, she understands each of their unique attributes.
