Jim Roche, a native of Northeast Philadelphia, has always had a deep connection to his community. A proud graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Jim's passion for real estate began as a part-time pursuit after he obtained his Real Estate License in 2017. What started as a side job quickly transformed into a thriving career as Jim's dedication and expertise propelled him to become one of the top-producing agents at the Keller Williams Philly brokerage in South Philadelphia.

In the fourth quarter of 2019, Jim launched The Jim Roche Real Estate Team, driven by a vision to create a brand synonymous with trust and excellence in the real estate industry. Under his leadership, the team quickly gained recognition for its commitment to client satisfaction and market knowledge. As the team’s success grew beyond the Philadelphia region, a rebranding effort in May 2024 led to the birth of Rarity Real Estate, reflecting the team’s expanded reach and continued growth.

Today, Rarity Real Estate stands as one of the top sales teams in Philadelphia and ranks among the Top 25 with Keller Williams nationwide. Jim's leadership and entrepreneurial spirit extend beyond real estate sales; he is also a partner in multiple KW Market Centers, a title company, and a property management firm. His portfolio includes investments in multi-family developments, real estate funds, and real estate technology companies.

Jim's influence in the industry is further solidified through his roles as a panelist and speaker at prestigious events, including the Keller Williams Mega Camp, Annual Inman Connect Conference in Las Vegas and the KWRI. With an impressive 1100%+ growth in sales over just three years, Jim Roche has established himself as a visionary leader in the real estate world. He currently resides in Ardmore, Pennsylvania, with his wife Dana, their six-year-old son Liam, and their two-year-old daughter Emma.
