Andrew serves as the President of Rarity Real Estate, where he plays a pivotal role in the company's extraordinary growth over the past few years. As President, Andrew is responsible for training and coaching the 45+ agents on the team, as well as providing them with hands-on assistance through their most difficult transactions. He manages the day-to-day operations of the team, and “makes the trains run on time”.
A licensed Realtor since 2012, Andrew quickly became a top producing solo agent in the Philadelphia market. He built a loyal following of Buyers and Sellers over a period of 10 years as a salesperson. In 2021, he started his own small team, then in 2022, he merged into Jim’s Team, which was later rebranded as “Rarity Real Estate”.
