Hi everyone, I’m Charles Blanchard. I’m here to provide my clients with the best service and guidance I can as they work toward their real estate goals. I work with buyers across Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs and take pride in being present, honest, and fully invested in the people I work with. I have strong ties to the Temple University community and the city of Philadelphia, and I value working with people who want guidance they can feel confident in, not pressure or shortcuts.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy a good cigar, listening to soul/R&B music, and keeping up with the NFL.
