Jordan Katz grew up in Bensalem and graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Finance. After graduating college, he worked on Wall Street for Goldman Sachs. In 2012, Jordan transitioned to commercial real estate working on the acquisitions team for Liberty Property Trust. Jordan purchased his first residential property in Point Breeze in 2014 and became a licensed agent in 2017 where he went full time into real estate investing and sales. In his first year of sales, he was named KW Philly’s Rookie of the Year. Jordan’s company, Dime Properties, owns and operates 25+ rental units in South Philadelphia with another 20+ units under development throughout the city. He has also flipped several properties for sale in Passyunk, Fishtown, and beyond. Jordan has a unique skillset combining investment experience to help a vast array of clients on the realty side. He strives to develop unique and thoughtful properties, with hopes to leave a legacy on the city of Philadelphia to pass down to his family. Jordan loves mentoring aspiring real estate agents, investors, and landlords and is always willing to help those who are motivated to do business the right way.
Jordan is spearheading the ISA Department for JRRE, where the team will look to prospect for new business, cultivate relationships, and find development opportunities throughout the Philly area. Jordan currently resides in Passyunk Square with his wife Julie and two sons Benjamin (4) and Ryder (2). He is an avid Philly sports fan. Go Birds!
