About Liz Morris

Born and raised in Montgomery County, Liz brings a deep understanding of the Greater Philadelphia region to her work. A proud Temple University alumna with a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications, she has spent over 7 years in the marketing industry, crafting innovative strategies that drive visibility, engagement, and growth.

As the Director of Marketing at Rarity Real Estate, Liz has been instrumental in building one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the region. Under her leadership, Rarity has earned recognition for its standout branding, creative digital campaigns, and strong community presence. She has helped launch and scale marketing systems that have supported the team in achieving over $1 billion in sales in just 5 years, while also playing a key role in recruitment, agent success, and the launch of Rarity.OS — the company’s real estate operating platform. 

Her expertise spans digital, traditional, and experiential marketing, and her work continues to drive agent growth, lead generation, and brand distinction in a competitive market. Outside of work, Liz resides in Conshohocken, PA where she loves spending time with her family, friends and cheering on her Philadelphia sports teams.
