About Raffaellina Merlino

With over 10 years of residential development, property design, and land acquisition experience, Raffaellina's journey into real estate began alongside her husband and  business partner  at  Cityscape Development Group.  Raffaellina is top real estate sales leader selling over 100 homes in her career.   Raffaellina came into the industry after leaving the corporate world as a business development manager for high luxury fashion brands such as Christian Dior. Her recent venture into mix-use commercial building has sparked a new passion for community development and small business initiative. 

She is the Founder of The Merlino Group , Philadelphia based real estate advisors specializing in luxury  home sales,  international development, and Commercial investments. 

When she’s not building or selling homes, you can find her advocating for children with special needs as her youngest daughter is an Edwards syndrome warrior. With 10% of every home sale being donated to organizations such as Cheers for C.H.O.P , SOFT ( support of families with Trisomy), Friends of Rittenhouse square, Philadelphia Orchestra, The Barnes Museum, Ronald Mcdonald house. 

Raffaellina is an alumni of the Fairleigh Dickinson University school of International Tourism and Hospitality. As a young girl, Raffaellina was raised in her family's restaurant, which they opened when they migrated from Italy.  This is where she discovered her passion for people and serving. 

Raffaellina is raising her own power women at home, 3 daughters under the age of 6,  which sparked even more of an initiative to serve the women around her and to inspire them to be their best selves through empowerment, partnership and mentorship.
