What This Means for Buyers and Sellers
This week’s numbers point to a market that is holding relatively steady rather than making a dramatic shift. Sales increased across all seven counties, while days on market barely moved — a sign that buyer activity remains present as we head further into September.
For buyers, inventory is still limited in many of the suburban markets, particularly Chester County. For sellers, Bucks and Montgomery counties continue to stand out for speed, with homes averaging just 22 and 23 days on market.
