About Navid Aberg

Ever since moving from California for the accelerated nursing program at the University of Pennsylvania in 2014, Navid has been closely following the local real estate market. For 7 years, he dedicated his time to caring for adults and then premature babies with Penn Medicine, and he's now using that same bedside manner while navigating his clients through the journey of buying and selling homes.

After sitting on the sidelines himself for a few years, Navid has now renovated homes, invested in multiple rental properties, and has run an Airbnb out of his Fishtown residence, all while conducting over 100 real estate transactions.

Navid shares his personal home with his wife Katie (a mobile gymnastics business owner), two sons, and their 12-pound Havanese (Ferdie)! He hopes to connect with as many people as possible and help them achieve their real estate dreams!
