Nick is not your average real estate agent possessing a background in construction, investment, sales and medical devices, Nick has developed a well-rounded and bespoke set of skills that are able to provide his clients a true leg up in an ever-changing market.

 

Born & raised in Northeast Philadelphia, Nick attended Archbishop Ryan High School and Penn State University. He bought his very own home when he was 20 years old in Port Richmond, which then led him to flipping multiple homes in the Fishtown and Port Richmond area before moving to Holland in Bucks County PA in 2021. Nick is duly licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is known to demand the highest level of client service from both himself and his partners. Nick’s attention to detail, honesty, empathy, and humor has developed a rabid fan base of former clients that is evident by his huge year over year growth, outstanding online review presence and numerous career accomplishments. Nick aims to elevate the real estate experience for each and every client and has developed systems and strategies to deliver a true luxury experience for his clients no matter the price point.

Aside from real estate, Nick LOVES to golf, watch stand up comedy, cheer on the Philly sports teams, attend music/concerts and enjoys eating good food and traveling! Nick resides in Holland, PA with his wife Autumn and their two children, Chase (10) and Reagan (2).
